Returns Policy

1: Goods not required:

Distance purchasing customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day from the date of receipt of the item/s. Goods returned at the customers expense within this 7 working day cooling off period will not be charged a restocking and handling fee.

If the goods are returned outside the seven working day cooling off period then a min 15% restocking and handling fee will be levied to cover internal processing costs involved in goods being returned (for specific brands see below).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must cover the delivery cost of the return of the product/order.

 

This applies to all orders with us unless:

Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion.

Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. If a product is credited due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier. We will then offer you a credit note on return including all reasonable postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products that are damaged in transit to the customer CANNOT be refunded. If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign for the delivery. Instead the customer must refuse delivery by the courier and then contact us for further details.

To return your purchase, please contact us with notification that the goods are being returned either by phone on +44 (0) 1206 865544 or by email to sales@6two1.com. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 5 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service such as Special Delivery or a courier to ensure adequate insurance coverage in case of the goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

2: Goods arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

You must contact us to make us aware of any problem and return the goods within 30 days of receipt either by phone on 01206 865544 or by email to sales@6two1.com.  Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your cost. 6two1 will refund return carriage costs with a maximum refund equivalent to 6two1 charges for the package being dispatched from 6two1 to the customer. These charges are calculated on both the weight and the size of the package. Please contact us for details of carriage refunds. Replacement goods will not be shipped out before the original items are returned. We will cover all applicable and reasonable carriage costs involved.

 

Warranty policy and procedure

1: Limited hardware warranty

Products sold through 6two1 are warranted from the initial date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period specified for the product in question provided the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions.

2: Obligation under warranty

6two1 sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of products or parts at 6two1 discretion during the warranty period. 6two1 makes every effort to respond to warranty claims within a reasonable period of time after it has been notified. 6two1 does not assume responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts.

Products and parts repaired or replaced by 6two1 under the warranty shall be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. This warranty gives end users specific legal rights, and particular end users may also have other rights.

The warranty applies only to the original owner and does not extend to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering.

Buyer is responsible for shipment of the product to 6two1 and assumes all costs and risks associated with this transportation. Return shipment to Buyer will be at 6two1 expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for product(s) returned where 6two1 determines that there is no defect or where 6two1 determines that the product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

3: Disclaimer of All Other Warranties

No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given. 6two1 expressly disclaims all other warranties, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

4: Limitations:

No salesperson, representative, or agent of 6two1 is authorised to make any guarantee, warranty, or representation that contradicts the terms contained in this Limited Warranty. In no event shall 6two1 be liable for consequential damages. 6two1 shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to any party for loss of profits, good will, or any other special, consequential or incidental damages whatsoever with respect to any claim in connection with products sold by 6two1.

5: What May Void the Warranty

This Limited Warranty may be null and void in the event of improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, or tampering of any product by the end user or any third party or improper installation or failure to conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of any product by the end user or any third party.

6: Warranty Claim Process

Please ensure that the goods are packed to the same standard as when shipped from 6two1 originally.

6two1 recommends that end user fully insure the shipment in case of loss or damage during transit. It is recommended that the end user keep a record of the shipping manifest and the tracking number. The end user assumes sole responsibility of products returning to 6two1. 6two1 is not responsible for lost and/or damaged goods during transit.

7: Transportation costs

Return shipment to end user will be at 6two1 expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for product(s) returned where 6two1 determines that there is no defect or where 6two1 determines that the product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

STATUS RACING

Status Icon Customers READ HERE: The Status Icon configuration is based off an artist rendering.  The colours and final look of the produced seat may slightly vary compared to the configuration.  All Status Icon seats are special order and by ordering them, you agree to all terms.  There are no cancellations or changes allowed after 5 days of your order date.  Since this is a special order item, no returns of Status Icon seats.  These have a lead time of 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the configuration ordered.

Conditions of USE

Ordering Procedure
Status Racing has setup a worldwide dealer network to purchase its products. However, certain product lines are only available through StatusRacing.com and are available for purchase online. Your receipt of an order does not entitle you to that product and Status Racing reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime and refund the appropriate charges. Any custom order will require the customer to approve the order. A copy of your order will be emailed to you and you must sign and date then fax back to us.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

Payment Terms
Status Racing accepts payments using Paypal.com. All payments received must be verified and/or confirmed. Status Racing will not ship to unconfirmed addresses. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise.

Warranty
All Status Racing products come with a limited warranty. These products are intended for competition use. Racing events can be dangerous and you can risk serious injury or death if your product is not installed correctly or maintained. Status Racing inspects each product before it is shipped out to pass our stringent safety and quality control checks. All racing seat shells come with a 5 year warranty against manufacture defects. Status Racing materials such as the padding and seat covers include a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects. Status Racing does not cover general use or wear and tear. All racing harness kits include a 5 year warranty.

FIA Certification
Status Racing has gone through the difficult process to get its well known Status Ring seat approved for FIA certification. Only the Status Ring in FRP or Carbon Fiber is approved. The carbon/kevlar material and all of the Ring GT seats are NOT FIA certified. Our 4pt, 5pt, and 6pt harness kits are also FIA certified.

Rywire – 

 

Terms and Policies:
This sale is subject to these TERMS OF SALE and LIMITED WARRANTY. If these terms are not acceptable, you may return the enclosed items in new and resalable condition within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery and Rywire will refund your purchase price only. Shipping is non-refundable. If you fail to return the items within this thirty (30) day period, then you have accepted and are subject to these terms.

TERMS OF SALE:
Order Cancellations: Prior to Rywire shipping the order to you, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, see “Returns” below.

Returns: In addition to your return rights, if the TERMS OF SALE and LIMITED WARRANTY are not acceptable, you may return the items purchased in new and resalable condition for a partial refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery provided that you pay the shipping costs. We charge a 20% re-stocking fee which may be waived at our discretion. C.O.D. shipments will be refused. After this thirty (30) day period expires, you are not entitled to return items except as provided in the LIMITED WARRANTY. All sales in which a modification is made to a customers engine harness are final. If it is found that Rywire did not modify the harness correctly per the customers engine configuration or instructions, Rywire will re-modify the harness to match the specifications of the customer.

Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we ask that you return ship the item to us. Upon receipt of the item(s) at Rywire, we will immediately send out your correct order along with a check for the amount you spent on return shipping to us. Items reshipped because of our errors will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at our expense. If you need the items overnighted, you must pay the difference between the ground and overnight (USPS Express or Fedex Overnight.) amount.

Damaged Shipments: All items that leave Rywire have been thoroughly inspected for condition of product and shipping package. When you receive your shipment, be sure to inspect the cartons immediately, in the presence of the delivery person. If the package is damaged, you must file a claim with the freight carrier. You must keep all items and packing materials for inspection by the freight carrier. Rywire is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. International Shipments: These terms do not apply to international shipments. Inquire of Rywire for the rights and procedures that apply to international shipments.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
What is covered: This warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship in your Rywire Engine Harness Conversion, Subharness, ECU Adapter Harness and/or Distributor Adapter Harness up to 30 (thirty) DAYS after purchase. What is not covered: Damage to the wire harness that is caused by improper installation, modification (including cutting or splicing of wires or removal of wire loom causing exposure damage), excessive force being applied to the wire harness (such as forcing a plastic plug through a small metal hole and cracking it). Consequential and incidental damage (such as damage to your automobile if the wire harness creates a short circuit) are not covered. Based on all Honda wiring diagrams, all wires in our harnesses are fused on your chassis harness or at the fuse box to prevent overload and burning of the wires. If the vehicle is not equiped with these fuses, it is because of improper modification to the vehicles electrical system and is NOT Covered by our limited warranty. Additional rights under state law: If a state law creates implied warranties, these implied warranties are limited in duration to the period that this warranty is in effect. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
