Bicester Heritage SCRAMBLE! January 2024

After years of admiring from afar, I finally made the journey down to Bicester Heritage for one of their SCRAMBLE ! events and am i glad i did!

I had no idea that Bicester Heritage is an active workplace full of over 40 Specialist Automotive companies, all of who are very well regarded within the industry.
They open their doors to the public to showcase their work, whilst a bunch of cars get to be put on show for everyone to oggle over, reminisce and just enjoy!

The cars out and on show were absolutely incredible, from the oldest to the future. It was so great to see. You’ll see the above carousel has a Polstar Hypercar, how insane does that look? can you even imagine seeing one of them driving to your local pub?

The event was very Porsche heavy, which is not a complaint at all. One of my favourite car brands, so no whinging from me! Seeing a 911R was pretty amazing too.

The orange Alfa blew me away with its design, the headlight covers are so beautiful. Although from the back I think it looks a bit sad.

The vast array of cars, means there really is something for everyone.

Seeing the new Aston DBX in person was brilliant. I am one of those car guys who also likes SUV’s. Hey, sue me. But the Aston is so beautiful, but at £225,000 its a bit out of reach for me.

Seeing the Yellow NSX in person too is a throwback to my youth. What a beautiful car, when I used to work for JB Honda Ipswich we had a Yellow one for a while on sale, man it was cool.

ALWAYS CHECK THE CAR PARK

Whilst leaving we were greeted with yet another vast array of beautiful pre 00’s cars.

Theres so much I could say about each and every car but, I want to save that for the summer, when we spend a bit more hopefully with individual cars and can deep dive.

The Scramble meet is one i will definatly get too again, I loved it a lot. Great day out and great people, even better cars ! That says something. Haha.

Thank you for being here! & I Hope you enjoyed the photos

Adam
