I’ve a Decision to make.

OHBOY.

Ive changed my mind already.

I know I know, I sent out a post a couple of days ago saying how excited I am for 350z life & how great it is, but after the Santa Pod Drift day & the week leading up to it, I have come to a bit of a conclusion.

Let me start by saying, I think the 350z is a fantastic car. But as you will see on the 365 Motorsport Youtube channel soon, they require a small bit of work to be the perfect budget drift car -  The problem was, I was not aware of this going into ownership, I thought just out of the box, it would be mint - weld the diff and away we go!
But It is not the case, they require more than that, the OEM handbrake is pathetic for drifting so a hydro is needed - Lock kit not a problem but would have been nice, but the main situation is keeping that huge engine cool, it would get quite hot quite quick, meaning I couldn't do anything incase of damaging the car. Very frustrating, after pricing it all up (Even with my dealer discounts) It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

The Other Problem.

Well, there's another little issue for the 350z & this steams from the little yellow French hot hatch you see above.

Whilst this car was being a pain In my ass holes - I'd convinced myself I was going to sell it & the 350Z was what I was replacing it with.

Click the link above for the problems I Initially found, but woweee this thing had some major stuff to rectify. very annoying, but it has been rectified.
Which is not good news for the 350z.

Where does this leave the 350z & Me?

Well, I can't keep both the Clio & the 350z. Or at least I don't think I can. Like I mentioned, this 350z was going to replace the Clio in the line up. But after doing the maths & also the man maths - The Clio is going to be the car staying for sure, I absolutely adore it. I'd say it's my favourite hatch I've owned since the EK9!  So I will get a video done soon to explain in more detail & to try decide what to do with this 350z. I either stick it up for sale, and put the money into the other builds, or I dig deep into my limited savings pot, make it drift worthy and enjoy it for a while.
Time will tell

Real quick too, I really hate the bullshit Black Friday & Cyber Monday things. I feel like the 6two1 brand over the years has proven the quality of our clothing is worth the very fair prices I advertise them at. I always sacrifice our profit to get them to you at a better price. So I generally do not join in with these sort of things, but this December I'm dropping the price of our 6TWO1 Mechanic gloves, Check the shop for the discount, it's pretty massive. Thank you guys for sticking with  me! 2024 should be awesome.
